Your chefs for the evening will be the talented Elvin Rosado and Lachlan MacKinnon-Patterson, who have designed an impeccably crafted five course menu that will tempt your taste buds beyond what is normal! Nevertheless don’t think you’re done there, for each meal has been constructed to go specifically with some of the finest sipping rums, which will be provided by Bon Appetit’s Wine and Spirits Consultant, Steve Olson. Steve will also be presenting a brief history on the world of rums, as well as the distinct characteristics that make each one unique.
