This exciting three-day event (9-11 April 2010) is a culinary extravaganza featuring international and local culinary personalities and showcasing 60 of the island's best restaurants, rums, beer, wine and spirits.
The program includes cooking demonstrations, beverage seminars and the Rums of Puerto Rico Beach Soirée. The little ones have not been forgotten, and the Saborea Kids Pavilion will offer a fun-filled cooking experience for budding chefs, as well as a range of other activities.
