If its such a huge problem, then.....

Actually the problem is that the Puerto Rican just like in its history sits idly by and lets junk happen. IDK, Puerto Rico has a mind of its own, Unlike the Gringos, the Puerto Rican population can tell who is a Rican and who isnt. Put 1 and 1 together and do what the French does, ask anyone you suspect is an immigrant in Puerto Rico, and Gringos feel free to take notes since you all do not know how to ethically run a bloody good country. Ask for their papers, if they cant supply it, report them to the officials and boot them out. Every time, but not so often when a Dominican gives me hooey, I just remind them that any country that borders Haiti, does not matter! Punto!

BUT seriously...Do freakin' take a spanish course or two at the nearest by community college or something. And none of that Latin American stuff, Castellano instead.
