Bread Pudding Puerto Rican style.....
Traditional puerto rican bread pudding
bread
milk
eggs 3 or 4 depending on the amount
black - vanilla
cinnamon
margarine - light
raising's 3 or 4 small boxes your choice
take a big pot put the bread in and make sure is wet with milk smash it and add the ingredients - butter, black vanilla, eggs, sugar and the raising's. Mixed them all together and remember to wear glove
tale a mold and greased with butter on the bottom and the surroundings, heat the oven on 375 degree and let it stay for 1 hr. And 30 minutes to make sure that is brown or well-done
used your on judgment.
After is done remove it from the oven and let it stay until it cools down, or until next day

ps: To give a grandma taste, you may boil / some glove,anise, and cinnamon sticks and pour a little bit of that water in the pot.
