Im sorry if I insulted your feelings but I dont agree with your views. Bad things happens in life but to ignore the good things of a country and people its just hateful and doesn't bring nothing to the table.,,,........the majority in the United States in that era and in Puerto Rico weren't bad people which Albizu painted.....yes, there was racism and discrimination against women in that era but that wasn't the majority of a country and we can reform injustices without going to war and tearing down our country......that is what separates us from the extremists and from the likes of Albizu and agitators like him.
Albizu was an agitator and call out for an out violence against the United States and the Puerto Rican government that wouldn't go along with his radical views. That's a reason less than 1% of the electorate follow him.
Explain to me why he refused to participate in our democratic process to bring change and call out for a violent war that he knew he could never win and would have destroy our island in every aspect?.........is that what you call giving inspirations to millions?...is that the inspiration you want to give are youth, that if things dont go your way go kill the President, the governor elected by the Puerto Rican people and politicians?......Ahora te digo a ti, NO NOS INSULTES.
Hitler came to power in Germany with good intentions and he was respected and beloved by millions until he got to power and turned into a dictator.......we all know how mad man he turned out to be.......Fidel Castro had good intentions and was respect and beloved by many Cubans until he got to power and turned into a dictator.
Every dictator in history comes with good intentions to fool the masses until he gets in power.....Albizu was no different.....the only difference is he never got to power. He was an extremist that would have done harm to Puerto Rico if given power.............sorry if you can't see that and get offended but the truth hurts.
and if he was so respected and admired my millions explain to me why only than 1% of the electorate supported him?............he is admired by a very minority that thinks he is a hero.
History proved he was wrong and would have set us back behind a century.
