i would talk to her and explain to her why you lied to her. if she forgives you then i would make it up to her. if she does not forgive you then i would move on. i am pretty sure she is very hurt because she did not expect you to lie to her. now she does not know if she can trust you again, so you need to show her she can if she lets you back into her life. maybe you can buy her a flower when you go talk to her. be very honest with her and hopefully she will forgive you. good luck
