How an Arm struggle could stop
Statehood from happening.
First, this is something I hope the it never
happen but it could. If PR ever get to close
to statehood or if statehood ever got 75%
and the PPD got 40% then the arm struggle would happen in PR. Even the PIP has said
that as longs as they could reach freedom using the vote that they would not take up arms. So this mean they would take up arms if this happen. Other groups would fallow.
Even some if not all of the PPD would also
follow because they are not going to fight
in the side of there old enemy PNP.
Remember, Americans, not the army, hate
wars expressly in there own back yard or should I say in one of their territories.
This would shift the view of statehood to
the Independence movements. You see,
Americans and the US government want a state
that would enter the Union in peace and
the everyone is happy something they know
would not happen in PR. This is one of
the reason why PR was never incorporated
Into the Union like Hiawaie. The US
Government knows that today PR groups are
Better arm then in the best. That they
have develop guerrilla war tactics like
in Vietnam. That they have build tunnels
where they could have hospitals and could
hold up to 700 soldiers at one time if
Bombs are thrown. So you see, an Arm
Struggle could be very successful in changing
the mind of the American public.
Now, like I said before. I hope this
does not happen but the possibility are there. I hope the as a people, the we could
find a peaceful way out of this before
blood is spill.
