What La Loca says is true terrorism will not
change the determination of the U.S.Govt. to
make Puerto Rico a state if it chooses to,
but the U.S.Govt. has an achilles'heel it
is public opinion and that is easy to sway
if there were to be an armed struggle,americans dont have the stomach for that,especially when they believe the are
doing Puerto Rico a favor by granting statehood,it would not take much to turn them
against Puerto Rican statehood.
