Now, that's the truth. In 1998, the vote to make a
binding referendum passed by
one vote in the House and
never passed in the Senate. The referendums have been paid by the PR gov't and the lobbying too. What a waste of money for the same results over and over.
Also, yes, This current Bush supports PR statehood, but he's an idiot anyway so what does his opinion matter? The rest of the guys in political power rather PR stay a colony, where the USA makes money.
