Por favor ayudame! I am 33, work and live in a mostly Spanish speaking environment (South Texas) and desperately want to improve my Spanish. My medical Spanish is pretty good, its every thing else that isn't!!! If someone can ayudame with conversational Spanish that would be great!!Gracias.
