I'm going to PR for a semester and I was wondering if there were any interesting festivals in different towns that I should check out. I heard Carnival starts Feb. 2 (same day as my 21st birthday!) but I'm not sure if they celebrate it everywhere (I'm going to be living in Cayey so I know I'll need to travel). Let me know! Gracias!
