What would be the BEST month to Vacation in Puerto Rico??

HI!

I'm planning my vacation next year to "finally" visit Puerto Rico, and I want to make it a memorable experience. I'm wondering which month would be the best time to go. Maybe a month where something big might be going on like a celebration or a festival. I greatly appreciate your feedback!
