When one first install's an e-mail program,unless you choose "Custom" install,it will install on "Default" which means that it will install and use normal settings.By installing at normal setting,many extra features which are of great use because they also have Protection features will not be set to its full potential use.Likewise goes for your Internet settings.All the setting on your e-mail program can easily be changed without any problem whatsoever.When you click on your e-mail program and its on your screen,Right click on "TOOLS" and sellect "OPTIONS" Instantly a medium size screen pop's up.From this screen you have several things for you to choose.PLEASE NOTE: When ever going into any program and making chages,please have on hand a pen and paper ready and note down its present setting so that when you start making changes and if in the near future want to return the changes it'll be easy to do so.Don't be afraid to do changes here because anything you do will nor render your computer to malfunction.Do read anything and everything before doing any changes.Everything is common sense.Nothing you read is technical.But again,if you face any problem and or which to have technical help,simply e-mail me and I'll be more than happy to assist you on anything and everything.My e-mail address appears on most of my post's.
