Through the control panel just about anyone can easily do many configuration to the computer without much worry on messing up the entire system at all. What I do tell each and every client of mine is to have a pen and paper ready to write down any and every changes you do as you change any hardware properties. This way if you don't like what ever change you did you can always go back and put the changes. I personally like having the Control Panel on my screen. This way I don't have to be going through the normal process of bringing up the Control Panel. For those that don'y understand much about computers please feel free to contact me for free help.
