I need to know if anyone out there knows what to do to prepare for our own personal PC at home. Someone told me just to unplug the PC, buy a special program for it, I mean the list goes on and on. What will be the practical thing to do?

I just bought my computer in August but did not get it up and running until September.

I found this forum from New Zealand which is going to hit Y2K first.

You should know many hours ahead of time if New Zealand goes down.

I think Y2K will be a big nothing but "he who has a crystal ball, usually eats ground glass."
