my hearts been broken too many times

I need help in being able to release myself and start trusting guys. but i can't my heart has been broken too many times and guys have played me too many times. everytime I meet a guy - i already know exactly what lines he will say before he even says anything to me.. i've had best friends tell me they loved me and wanted a chance with me then when i do give them a chance they just disappoint me and treat me just like every other guy i have dated. pls someone give a solution

You must have heard it before but most likely you are attracted to the wrong men, meaning men with whom you are not compatible on a long term basis.

I know it can be very difficult to find a partner with whom you will be compatible with for many years. I did not marry until I was 36, even though I dated a few hundred women. My wife and I have been married 11 wonderful years. We share many interests and values.

Opposites many provide short term fun, but seldom long term happiness.

Keep looking for someone with similar interests and values. It may take some time but it is worth the wait.

Maybe heart is always being broken because you probably give in too soon. Maybe you're "in need" of being in a relationship that you don't stop to think about what you really want. Everytime your heart is broken don't treated as a negative experience but more as a positive one and learn from it, don't keep making the same mistake over and over again. Next time you meet "that speacial someone" analyze the person and be patient because "Patience makes a man or woman wiser"
