Elwiss,
First you should try to find out from some of your other co-workers if she has a boyfriend. There are a lot of beautiful women who are too intimating that men will not approach and actually don't get asked out much.
Second, even if she looks at you in a "cute way" that doesn't necessarily mean that she is interested in you. She may still have a boyfriend or be in a committed relationship. We all like to feel appreciated by others and admire others as well, especially during difficult times in the relationship. It may make her feel better about herself. The old adage - "look but don't touch" especially applies in the work place. I know, I work on sexual harassment cases as an attorney.
Third, if she doesn't have a boyfriend, simply tell her that you are interested in her and getting to know her. Ask her to do something that she may feel comfortable doing without feeling like its a date. Fo example, ask her to lunch instead of dinner. When she feels more comfortable, then ask her to go to dinner or a movie
Goodluck,
Nachos
