My name is Hubie Mercado and I am trying my best to relocate to Puerto Rico, I currently live in North Carolina, work as a Community outreach Specialist for the City Of Durham. Born and raised in Uptown Manhattan, been living in NC since 89, but I am tired of this Rat Race here in the States. I am working on my Masters in Public Administration.Does any one have any connections in the Job Market of Ponce,Rio Grande or San Juan?
