Hi! I am a Spanish teacher in Rhode Island. I just got back from a vacation in Puerto Rico and I loved it so much, I want to move there. Does anyone know where I could look for a job (maybe as an english teacher), an apartment, etc.
I would really appreciate any help you could give me!

I also just visited Puerto Rico. Like you, I loved it so much I am seriously considering moving there! Good luck finding work and rental there. If you find something let me know!
As a teacher, what do you think about what is going on in Vieques?I spent 3 days on the island of Culebra and I think the bombing should stop!

Well, I haven't really gotten anywhere with my job search. I've pretty much just resigned myself to staying here for at least another year.

I think that Puerto Rico should be free to decide whether they are part of the U.S., as well as what happens to their own territory. I don't think that the U.S. has any business bombing ANYTHING, especially in regions that adversely affect our ecology.
