HELP Need Advice

I plan to move to PR in the next five month with my husband who is Puerto Rican.
I need to find employment in PR and have tried many avenues as well as frequent trips there.
If anyone can give me some insight on their opionion of how to go about this , I would be greatful.
I read, write and speak(practicing constantly)
My area of work is customer service/techincal support for software companies.
Any ideas?!

Most of my friends are working, San Juan and Ponce both cities have great advantages because Universities and Access.

The Highway is a great connection between both cities and the High Tech industry is moving closer to the Highways.
