Want a house built

I'm planning to relocate to PR and going to have a house built. Does anyone know a company that builds houses. So far the ones i found only build townhouses (urbanisasiones)

HI Thevelaz,
First I recomend be carefull with the
'Piranas' out there, many like to run of with the upfront -money given for, so called "comprar los materiales primero". There are a lot of them around.
But, I recomend you contact some 'Real State' people, they have good contacts usually,or talk to some people (references first).Home Depot's are familiar with many of them I'm sure (Builders or Contractors).You must do your homework "research". NO TE VUELVAS LOCA. Although the excitment can get you.
