Mr. Coqui:
Since PR is a US Territory (read colony)we do not have control of immigration. The Federal Government of the US tells us who may enter PR for pleasure and/or for the purpose of establishing a business. Commerce is also controlled by the US. We do not have the option, short of US involvement, of deciding who can start a corporation in PR and who can't. So as you can see my friend, we are economically, the "Hostages" of the US. Hope this is helpful. Good luck to you. |
