I'm very dissapointed that in joing this club,I don't see a place for Traditional PuertoRican recipies or for any food discussion.PuertoRico is well known for their food..especially during X-mas..If anyone wants to exchange recipies let me know..let's start a new club !!!

P.S. anyone for some COQUITO?

Hi Sie11,
What would be your traditional foods for Christmas time? Arroz con Gandules, etc etc.
Here's a site to check out: http://www.boricua.com/comida/index.html
they have some pretty good recipies in there. If you really want to start a Food Forum write to the administrator, if there is enough people who would also like a Food forum they just might open one up.
