My daughter wants to know how to make "linber"; I don't even know the proper name of it! Can be de coco, tamarindo, mantecado... any one have any clue what i'm talking about? Thanks for any feedback!

Cool Charles Lindbergh = "linber"

"Linber" es el nombre puertorriquenizado de Charles Lindbergh, el primero en cruzar el Atlantico en avion. En su triunfal regreso de su gira por el mundo, su ultima parada antes de llegar a los EU continentales fue en Puerto Rico. El "linber" es nuestro homenaje a este aviador.

Haz la mezcla de cualquier tipo de fruta con azucar y ponla en el congelador. Puedes usar vasitos de papel o plastico, cubrelos con un plastico para que no adquieran los sabores de las carnes y otras cosas congeladas. Puedes poner pedacitos de fruta en el "linber" para hacerlos mas interesantes, o usar colores artificiales. Mis favoritos son los de coco, frambuesa y cualquier tipo de fresa. Espero que esta informacion te ayude en algo.

hearing that word brought back alot of good memories. Jujike is right. you can make linber out of any kind of fruit juice. they are delicious. my favorite are of coconut and tamarindo.
