I am 38 years old and i remember that when i was a young girl in PR people use to cook on top of wood (fogon)or something like that. The food that was cooked like that tasted sooooooooo good i can almost smell and taste it still. I dont know if any one knows what i am talking about but if anyone out there knows of any place that cooks like that in PR. PLEASE let me know.
