Max:

Sorry I do not have a recipe.

However, I just returned from PR and I long for seafood mofongo. My favorite was the crab mofongo at the "Borinquen" restaurant in old San Juan.

While doing research for the trip I went into a site relating to Utuado, Puerto Rico.
A husband and wife ran the site and listed many traditional Puerto Rican receipes.
I believe it included one for mofongo. I do not remember if I researched it in this site or surfing Yahoo.

Good luck,

Jorge

Hi Awella,
Thanks for answering the question. MaxSpencer has waited a long time. I've never had it and so was very curious.

Mofongo

There are several excellent cooking books at http://www.antojito.com/books.htm that include Mofongo. You may e-mail us directly to info@antojito.com for us to search which one has the Mofongo recipe if necessary.
