Richy,
I have never tried the recipe, but I found one in Puerto Rican Cookery by Carmen Aboy Valledejuli (a gift from my cousins who live in Puerto Rico). Here is the recipe: Ingredients 1 pound tamarind seeds, with pulp 1 quart water 1 cup sugar Ice In a saucepan, mix tamarind seed with 1 cup of the water. Mash and press through a sieve. Put seeds back into a saucepan and proceed as described above, adding water, 1 cup at a time, until seeds are totally free from pulp. Add sugar to the liquid. Mix and set in refrigerator in a glass jar. Serve chilled with ice. Let me know how it tastes. I just may make it myself. Nachos |

Nachos,
Thanks alot! I will definitely try it (as soon as I find out what's a 'sieve', I hope it ain't expensive!). I'll let you know how it is and I will try to find that book. This is a great Easter Gift! My Fiance loves that juice, and I'm always looking for ways to please her. God I love her! God bless bro
