Good Afternoon,

A Friend of mine recently returned home from a trip to San Juan where they stayed at the Condado Plaza. While they were there they had dinner at Cobias. They served several sauces or spreads with the bread that they said were "just exquisite".

They Said one was a herbed butter and one had black beans and was a bit spicy. They would love to recreate these at home ( home is Utah, so these were a phenomenal taste difference) for their family.

If Some one can send me those Recipes My friend Heather Would Really Enjoy them. Please Send them to me at prcooking@yahoo.com or post here so everyone else can also enjoy them.

Thanks
EMC2
