Oh I just LOVE pique, but we Boriquas, call it vinagre, for some reason, anyway, mine is usually really good, my family always comes over asking me for some, so you can try it and tell me how it turns out, I'm not going to give you quantities, I'm going to leave that up to you, depends how hot and spicy and how much liquid your going to use, in what size bottle. too! So I stard by removing the peel of a pineaple, and letting sit overnight in water, then I add the ajises cut in half, if I want it really, spicy, which usually I do! I fry the ajises in a little bit of oil and add that to the pineple peel water, then I add a couple cloves of garlic cut in half some black peppercorns, a leaf or two or "recao" a sprig of cilantro, oil, and some salt, let the mixture sit, the longer it sit's the spicier it should get, I hope this is of some help to you, let me know how you liked it!
