I know the title sounds strange..but I would like to lose weight by eating food. And I mean by eating food not drinking blended up pizza con leche or something off the wall u know. So Im starting this new exercise program and would love to hear from others that enjoy food like I do and would love to eat and lose weight at the same time and of course with a planned out exercise....Lets start this one rolling cause Im sure Im no alone out there who would love to lose a few extra pounds...I have afew Ideals would love to hear some more...Cuidate mi gente CaliRican Eda
