Saludos a todos!

A dear Puerto Rican friend is leaving to NY in a couple of
days and is coming to my home for dinner this evening.

I am making food of another latin persuasion this evening,
but wanted to at least make one dish of PR food.

So I thought of arroz con gandules since I have to make arroz anyway. I need just a quick recipe. I saw one on
the PR cooking website, but my printer is messed up so I could not print it and somehow could not do a cut and paste either. But that recipe seemed a bit complex anyhow.

It may be quicker to just get one from one of the companero/as right here on PR.com.

Please help. Dinner is in a few hours!

Amira
