Well the way I make it, is to boil the "pulpo" in a preasure cooker until tender, discarding all the tentacles, afterwards, I "clean" it out, by removing all the outer skin and just leaving the legs of the pulpo nice and white, cut that up into bite size pieces, including the head of the pulpo, which that would be purple, cut up a medium size onion, pepper, both green and red, also some sliced olives, mix it all up on a bowl add olive oil, white vinegar and some adobo with pimienta, and some garlic powder, add to the mix, cut up lettuce and tomatoes, and your set! you can also just pile it up on top of the salad, either way is good! add some white rice on the side and tostones with garlic and call it a meal! I hope you try it and like it!!!
