To Boricua-in-US, great post. The citizenship should not be an issue for any political party, not even independentistas. If a boricua wants to be an US citizen, let it be. My way to deal with this citizenship issue is I divide it in two parts. Nacionality and Citizenship. My nationality is Puerto Rican and my citizenship is US. Now which one I care more, the nationality. Why? Because you can take away a citizenship, but not your nationality.
