This is a heartfelt and warm Thank You to all (near and far) who prayed, comforted, or searched for my father, Miguel Masa-Rodriquez. He had been touring Puerto Rico's rain forest "El Yunque" on Wednesday, August 6, 2008 when he separated from his group and got lost. Thanks to the persistent nature in which the rescue teams and volunteers carried out their mission, my dad, was found alive on Saturday, August 9, 2008. This was a true labor of love and I will never, ever forget what everyone has done and neither will my dad. There are so many I wish to thank, if I missed any, I'm sorry, you know who you are and if you're reading this, from the bottom of my heart, thank you. May god bless you, your families and friends.

Llo le agradezo el esfuerzo de todos. Muchisimas gracias al personal de la Oficina de Manejo de Emergencias de Naguabo, al Busqueda y Rescate de la Agencia para el Manejo de Emergencias y Administracion de Desastres (Aemead), los canes que asistieron en el rescate, los municipios de Rio Grande, Luquillo, La Unidad de Rescata, las unidades caninas de la Policia y la Policia Municipal de San Juan, los grupos voluntario, los oficiales del Servicio Forestal y de Recursos Naturales. Tambien le brindo un abrazo, besitos y gracias a mi hermana, Evelyn Masa-VillaToro, mi hermano Antonio Masa y sus familias quienes lucharon buscar a papi y nunca perdieron la esperanza encuentralo vivo. A los vecinos del Villa Nueva, su Iglesia, Julio y Soqui Resto, Carlos Rivera, John Merced, Joseph Rodriguez, Rosa, Iris, Carmen, Madelyn, los quiero mucho y gracias por su esfuerzo.
