hi
im a new member
im in america.
and i would like to get information on
adopting a child from puerto rico.
but i havent found any info in the search
section.
my partner is puerto rican, im black.
where do the children in puerto rico go,
whose parents are not living, or whose
parents abandon them.
how can we adopt a child from puerto rico?

As long as you are sure you can adequately support an individual emotionally, spiritually, and financially, social services is the way to go. Depending on how long you have lived in the states will help determine lawful regulations as well as a background check by a social worker to ensure a safe and inspirational potential background for a child.
