Thumbs up

To MR. or MS. Administration.....

I like this new look a lot! Like Lorelei..I too get use to a certain format and than it changes. That is okay though, change is always good when it is positive! Great job, but I do have a question.

I have to arrow to the left and right so that I can read everything..where as before I was just able to log on and see everything with out going back and forth. Can you help me with this? Do I need to adjust something on my computer? I am not a computer genius by any stretch of the imagination, so if you could help me I would greatly appreciate it!

Thank you!

Hello!

This probably has to do with your monitor resolution. If you're using a PC, you can go to the Start Menu, choose Settings, then choose Control Panel. Double Click on Display and then choose the Settings tab. You can slide the rule back and forth in the Screen Area section to make your monitor show more or less information. Try this and see if it helps. If you're using a Mac, let us know and we'll try to help with that too.

Thanks!

Hi there PuertoRico.com Team,

I went in and tried that and I am still having problems...I cannot get it to work. Do you have any other suggestions. I have tried going to the edges and "dragging" my mouse to form a better fit, but that is not working either.

Sorry Jenn, we are having trouble coming up with another suggestion. As far as we know, you are the only one experiencing this problem. Is it still happening? Are there any other members having problems like this? Please keep us posted.

Thank you.

hello team members..

yes I am still having the same problem. When I tried what you originally said, I messed my whole computer setting up. I went to those arrows and adjusted the settings, it made my desk top all blurry and it did not do anything for this site. I still have to arrow back and forth to read everything.

I did notice that problem...

But it's not on all the threads. And I can't remember which one it was. I just went through a few that I normally look at and couldn't find it. I'll pay closer attention next time. And let you know if I see it again. Italia, does it happen on all the threads?

Unhappy on all threads??

Hi Lorelei...

Unfortunatley for me...yes it does happen on all of them. I never had this problem with the other board. When it was the old way. Oh well, I will keep trying to adjust to this.

Let me know if you notice it anymore.
