first thing i learn was not to stop at a red light after 10.00P.M.(look both ways first)ok

There is a law in PR that you can go thru a red light, AFTER STOPPING, after midnight. It was created for safety. Too many crazy people out there.
Call "Dept. de Turismo" (don't have the phne #)and ask for the magazine "Que Pasa", it has a lot of good information.
Hope you enjoy yor visit to "La Isla del Encanto".

I guess you can try 787-555-1212, the 787 is the area code of PR. Or maybe within this website there is a link for tourism.
