Ok, here's the latest.. I did find a Manuel Colon Lopez in PA. I have his address and plan on writing a letter to this individual hoping to get a response. (Let's hope he reads English) I did call the Demographic Registry but unfortunately I work from 7-5:00 and their hours are 7:30-4:30 M-F and will try calling once I get a Weekday off. Thanks for all of your thoughts and prayers!

Hi Isabel,
I called the Manuel Colon-Lopez # in PA. and spoke to a sweet lady. Unfortunately it was not my fathers home, however she did give me some interesting information as well on how to search for my dad. I did not realize that Colon would be his fathers last name and Lopez would be his mothers last name. Do you think he would use Manuel Colon or Manuel Lopez as a name? I would also like to communicate with you via your email address if that would be ok. You have been SO helpful with the information that you have given to me. Happy Holidays! Kel |
