summer/spring break in PR

I'm wanting to spend 3 to 4 weeks in Puerto Rico during May 31 to June 30 (2005). If I'm not able to do that, then I want to spend Spring Break (march 11 or 12 through march 17,2005) there. I'm wanting to stay in the San Juan area or as close as possible.

Does anyone know of any good deals for staying 3 to 4 weeks or during spring break?
Also, does anyone know of discounts if a big group goes during Spring Break?
If so, how many people would count as a 'big group'?
