hello all boricuas!! my wife and i will be in puerto rico for a family reunion in july. i would like to get info on scuba renters and snorkling renters and the best places to go for beginers. any responce would be good. thank you

My opinion is that the best snorkling in Puerto Rico is on Culebra Island. It's a easy, cheap day trip from Fajardo. See more info at : www.prvacationhome.com
