Question

I am planning a trip to puerto rico in march. I have never been there, I was curious what the weather is like and where to stay and what to see. I have heard it is a beautiful place, I would like to see the best it has to offer. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Deb:

Your question is too general for a reasonably short answer. It all depends on what you like.

For example, my brother and I have very different tastes when we travel to PR.

He prefers to stay in cheaper hotels, dine on mostly American cuisine, stay on main roads, wear only sneakers, spend most of his time lounging, and speak English.

I prefer to stay in unusual inns or resorts,
dine on local cuisine, take backroads, occasionaly dress for finer clubs and dancing, swim, sail, snorkel, and speak Spanish.

This site has links to other sites which can help you plan. Other sites I have found helpful include the travel sites for Arthur Frommer and Lonely Planet.

If you can be more specific with what you like, or want to do I may be able to provide you with more specific information.

Jorge
