My wife and I would love to visit Puerto Rico in the near future, particularly the northwestern tip of the island. As a child in the mid-1960s, I lived near Ramey Air Force Base in Aguadilla -- my father was a civilian working at the base. We lived there for about two years. My memories are quite fond and the residents there were warm and wonderful. I returned for a visit in 1979, but now would love to visit with my wife. What are some of the changes that have happened to the area since then, and are there hotels/accommodations you'd like to recommend? Thanks!!
