My 90 year old father has a house in Santa Rosa, Guaynabo
and I am his only heir. I need to learn the value of the house and property so that I can sell it. How do I get the
value of recent home sales in that area?

Saludos Eddie_R...

[i][b]Long time no hear. The politics forum has grown to miss you and the likes of Suki who drops in every now and then. Drop in sometime.

Anyway, Guaynabo, if you haven't been to Puerto Rico latley, is considered to be one of the upper class towns.

I know in the classifieds section of primerahora and el nuevo dia there's always ads of relaters. One of them is Tiri.

Try going to tiri.com or something if they have a site. If not I can drop back in at your request with further info. I just don't know it right now off the top of my head but I can deffinately find out for you if you would like. I remember giving someone else the info here at this sight.

Take care,

Atentamente,

Nene

house value

Gualli - Are you the person related to me? If so how?
I have contact Tiri by e-mail but they do not respond.
Can you find out how much houses go for in Santa Rosa,
Guaynabo? This house is a cement house.

Talking Hey Filiberto Ojeda, how cool is it up there in Canada?

[i]I don't live in Puerto Rico anymore, but a concrete house in Santa Rosa, Guaynabo, should go for at least $125K, and if it is in great condition and location it may be up there in the $225K range. You see, Guaynabo is within short commute from San Juan, it is like Union City to New York City.

Tiri is one of the more known real-estate vendors in the Island, but Century-21 does business there too. I would not be surprised if YHD ( http://www.yhd.com ) did business there too. Like Segarra says
(eh hem, Guaili), El Nuevo Día does have a quick sell classifieds section, but most of the people with money usually read The San Juan Star(I guess CLARIDAD doesn't help much but to wrap dead fish with...). And EL VOCERO is read everywhere in the Northeast, besides Puerto Rico, so if you want to sell the house to a home-sick jíbaro longing to retire in Puerto Rico, EL VOCERO is the place to go.

Hope that helps.

By the way, Canada is too cold for your arthritic fingers if you want to still play the trumpet
(that is, if you haven't blown them up yet since you founded los Macheteros )[b], so why don't you move over to a more warmer climate, like Hainan Island in China...

Gualli- You have me confused with someone else. I am a
piano player. Thank you anyway for your information.
I will continue to seek information. Eddie-R
