Hey Kids and Kats!!! I'm doing some home work for my hotel management class in college and my management team wants to open in either Guam or Puerto Rico. I would like to know if its legal to gamble there. And if so, to what extent; blackjack, poker, roulette, slots, pull-tabs, cock fights, you know, the usual. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

There is legal gambling in Puerto Rico. Mostly in the large hotels. They are limited to several games of chance such as: blackjack, poker, roulette, slots, craps. They are the only games allowed in the Island. I am not sure, but cocks fights are spectator games and the last time I went to an official one, gambling is not permitted. The winners recieve a winners purse. Hope this helped out, but you can always check with the Government's tourism office. Here is their website: http://newsdirectory.com/go/?f=&r=na....prtourism.com
