Ask asume or the mother to register the order in florida. Then file a motion to domesticate the order. Florida should have jurisdiction over the order because it is the home state of the child. Keep in mind that Florida has a higher cost of livilg than PR. So when it is time for modification the amount will be higher if set by florida than if it was set by PR. For example, in PR. I think the guidelines is 20% of income for one child in florida it is about 25-27%. Don't be suriprised when the child support increases(aumento).
