seeking attorney for adoption to be completed in PR

I am seeking info on finding an attorney in PR to handle adoption proceedings all ready started in Texas. I grew up in PR and am thinking of returning to raise my child there.
Any info on this as well as relocating back home jobs , schools and what not would be great and of much help to me.
