HELP...need birth certificate fast.....

Can anyone tell me what to do if a person lost all there forms of idea...i losy my birth cert..ssi card...and my state id....i cant get a birth without id proof and i cant get my state id without birth cert.....they say gonna have to go to puerto rico ..wel well guess wut i cant even buy a ticket to travel without ID.....missing my kid in ny ..cant go see her...they say they need originals..dept of motor vehicle ..guess wut I LOST THEM.....so now ive been livng 5 mnths with no id...WUT CAN I DO....there must be soemthing i can.....like i just dont exist.
