Did you guys know that the car lemon law was eliminated by the PR Legislature this last September? I doubt it as many people didn’t even know that the lemon law existed in PR. Lemon laws are specific pieces of legislation that protect consumers that purchase new vehicles in case they turn out defective. The Legislatures decision to eliminate the lemon law in PR is clearly another example of how the PR government protects more the big companies’ interest than those of the voters.

Fortunately, there is a firm that happens to be the only one in PR working these cases called Center for Automotive Resolutions of PR, Inc. that has lots of info on their website: http://www.limonauto.com. All the info on their site is very interesting. They not only help consumers with car lemon cases but are also the only ones in PR pushing for new legislation to replace the eliminated lemon law.
