Recently my grandmother inherited a house in Guayama. Who can I call to find out if there are any taxes due on the house or the condition of the house?

You could call the "CRIM" of that area. You can call (787)555-1212 for information on the numbers to call. Hope that helps you. I can tell you that you might have to go to Puerto Rico personally.
