Please help me locate a man, Neal Dubree, hiding in Puerto Rico to avoid $85.00 a week child support.
He ran from Indiana to Florida to Puerto Rico.
We were married 10 years and planned these children!
His date of birth is 4-18-61. He is American and living with a lady name Noida.
He just paid for his mother and another person to fly down and see him, but she will not give me any information. I did get his phone number, which is 787-727-7034, but that is all I can get.
His Mother says he has a new car, a great job and a house on the beach.
My local prosecutor says nhe does not know how to track him down in Puerto Rico, so they are no help.
All I need is his address or work place.
